Changing Locale in Google

When I made my google account, I was living in different country and by default, it took that country locale.

Now I am back, I would like to change my locale to US but I can not find any place where I can change that. I am up for my Whatsapp payment and it takes my other country locale.

Any idea how to fix it.

Go to your Google Dashboard. It has all your info and preferences.

Don't know if you can get it on the phone, but you can on the computer.

Nope,

The only way for me was, add a local credit card to Google wallet. Once the card was added, somehow google recognized that I am not in the previous country anymore. There is no other option otherwise (that I could find)

But thanks for the dashboard link, I had totally forgotten about it. (Made me realize how much clean up I need to do).
