New here, and an Android noob, my first posting.
On a Kolke 73Gi, running Adroid 4.2.2, I would like to change the directory where Firefox saves downloaded file from the internal memory (4Gb) to the SD card (32 Gb).
A long time Linux user, I thought a simple ln -s to create a symlink from the Download dir, moved to the SD card, to /storage/sdcard0/Download would do the trick, but I get link failed: Function not implemented.
So I looked up various forums (fora ?), and tried Link2SD; this moved Firefox to the SD ard, but downloads still come to the phone memory.
Is there a way to persuade Firefox to save where there is storage space ?
