What does it change to? Any pattern to when it does it? What tool are you using to set it, what launcher are you using?
Unless we know how your setup is different from everyone who doesn't suffer this it's going to be hard to suggest anything. Though you could try running in safe mode (which disables user-installed apps) and see whether that stops it - if it does then you know it's one of your apps that's responsible.
