chaning the esn/meid

Hey everybody

I recently came across a friend who wnats me to change his cliqs meid/esn I believe that I can do it, I'm not to sure though,

I just need to know if it is possible to change it , I can everything else out

I don't think discussing illegal activities is permitted here. It is a federal offense. Meaning JAILTIME, and more than likely fines. Besides, the equipement you would need isn't exactly available at radioshack.
