Charge for D3

I MIGHT be willing to trade my Droid Charge for a near perfect-condition Droid 3.

My Charge is in perfect condition, only used for a few weeks. Comes with all original boxes, manuals, etc., but no SD Card. It also comes with a $25 Samsung Media Hub credit. I don't need an SD Card with the D3. Please consider
