Charged for national roaming?

On my Motorola Droid, I see two options: National Roaming, and International Roaming. I know I'll be charged for International Roaming but what if I turn the National Roaming on? Will I be charged for National Roaming?

Depends on your plan. On nationwide calling plans, no roaming or long distance. National access data roaming is on all data plans.

I have a Nation Wide Family Plan. Would I be charged for enabling National Data Roaming then?

I've tried asking Verizon email support twice now and they never answered my question. They only answer my question concerning International but never answer whether or not I'd be charged for enabling National.
