I have the droid DNA and its been having a weird charging problem. It says it's charging but the battery percentage keeps dropping even if I'm not using it. Then after a while it gives a message that says "unable to charge phone because it is using too much power". I'm not sure how to fix it, please help!

As Mike said, sometimes you need to go through a few cables or chargers themselves, for what ever reason, before you find one that your phone likes. Just last week I used a cable that caused my phone battery to go DOWN while displaying the charging symbol at the same time!! I swapped out the cable and it charged fine.
