Help Charging and Aux simultaneously

I took a roadtrip recently and I found that using the headphone jack to connect to the car's sound system and charging the phone simultaneously created some really nasty feedback on the speakers. I couldn't hear it when music was playing, but when it wasn't the noise was very bad.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I have the Motorola Triumph and whenever I use the AUX while charging the phone Only half of the speakers work and the rest have a nice hum.

I've also noticed that with this phone I get an echo when I get a phone call and I have headphones on.
