My battery sometimes charges to 100 only certain charges fit it, and battery drops percentages from 100-50 then go back up and sometimes doesn't charge definitely not bitter Just replaced it.

Assuming that battery graph is accurate (does the stock Android graph show a similar behavior?), something is definitely up.
You say that the battery was recently replaced, so a few quick questions:
1) Why did you replace it? Was it displaying the same behavior or something else?
2) Where did you get the battery? Is it a legit OEM battery or one from a third-party?
That should help us narrow down the issue. I hope.
