Did you try another charger/cord?

Whatever charger you might use, make sure it has equal or higher output rating than the original charger.

exactly how are you charging your phone, using the original cable/adapter that came with it, through your computer, third party cable/adapter or wireless?

Using third party cables that doesn't fit properly will slowly damage the entrance of the micro USB. Use always an original one
