Charging problem

Hey guys i got a problem here so today i got new battery replacement because old one were bulging so when i was using the bulging battery before changing to new one whenever i charge the phone it just stays at 99% it won't go to 100% ok so now i change it to the new battery today when i went to charge the phone it just stays at 99% but instead of going to 100% it's like just the same one before is it because of my phone or there must be apps causing problems

How long did you charge it? I just replaced the battery in my wife's phone and the first charge seemed to hang below 100%, probably because the voltage from the previous battery wasn't an exact match and the phone couldn't adjust right away. Use the phone for a few days and make sure to leave it on the charger (unless it get's hot or get's to 100%)

the phone has charged too 100% and i put the phone on charge at 12:30 am till 2:45 am just only i took it out
 
Yeah, a new battery might be misreported to the OS so to get maximum charge the first time it could take longer than 2 hours. Try a bit longer.
 
it's still the same problem it stays at 99% and goes to 100 after i remove the battery put in back and turn on
