Help charging problem

Ive got Samsung galaxy s4 from a mate as my s3 broke and he gave me the IQ wireless charging pad and back as well ,my problem is that when I put it on the pad and the message comes up saying its charging, it charges for about 20 seconds and then beeps and the message comes back and barely charges and repeats so many times it pisses me off enough that I unplug it ,also (and this is a weird one) it wont charge off the wall charger 95%the time then once in a while it will charge mega fast(like normal I guess) but if I plug it into my laptop it will charge to full charge ,but it will take a long time (overnight) I had a1.5 amp rated charger and now i'm using a 2 amp but still to no avail. Anyone having the same problem or any idea's

I'm not familiar with that model, but if you can actually take the battery out of the phone I suggest you buy a cheap wall charger (six Euros here in Spain) and charge them that way. I have one at home and it works just fine, batteries even seem to hold a charge longer than when I charged them in the phone. Good luck, Vin.
