Hi,

I have Galaxy Note GT-N7000 from last month my phone is not getting charged when i plug it in for charging actually i use my internet and games while charging. Earlier my phone used to get charge Even if i use my internet or playing games during charging

But now battery percentage just goes down and down.
What must be the problem. Should i change my charging pin. Im getting this problem for the 4th time and like im just frustrated. Pls tell me what to do

And should i go for any new phone like Sony Xperia ZR is that a phone a good Choice..???

Batteries age, and lose their charge capacity with time, so it's possible that it's nothing more than that.

Personally I'd not recommend gaming when a phone is on charge. Running the phone heavily generates heat, and batteries are vulnerable to heat, especially when charging, so this could reduce battery longevity. If the temperature goes out of the specified range it should interrupt charging; on most phones there's be a visible indication this has happened (e.g. a flashing charge light). But while that should stop serious damage, such as a fire, I'm not sure I'd rely on that to ensure there is no degradation.

Bottom line is that it's possible that a new battery would fix this. Can't guarantee, but that would be my guess.

Batteries do age anyway, so independent of that I could imagine that an ageing battery can't keep up with heavy usage. I'm assuming you are using a mains charger - I'd not expect a USB port to keep up regardless.
