cheap android tablet not working

I got an cheap $86 9" tablet it worked great but when i tried to root it stopped working, when i try to install apps it says out of space, when i turn it off it resets and it won't rotate the screen orientation please help. my tablet is a allwinner a13 1.5ghz MID with ICS 4.0.4
