What options do I have for a cheap ($300 or less) phone with NFC and USB-C?

Yeah it's hard to find both on "budget" phones right now.

The ZTE Zmax Pro and the new ZTE Blade Zmax have USB-C but no NFC. These are under $200 and, in some cases, under $100 depending on porting or whatever specials are going on.
