Cheap used unlocked android phone

Hello,
I am looking for a cheap unlocked android phone to test development.
I don't want a contract.
Looking to spend under $50.

Not for professional development. Just something to play around with.

I will mostly test on the emulator, then move over to test a little.

Any phone suggestions. Also a place to buy. I checked ebay, but too expensive.

You should be able to find an Eris on here somewhere or maybe in other forums. Seems to be your best bet. Especially for that price.

I've got an HTC Droid Incredible with no back door, and a broken, yet functional, screen. It has the battery and works fine. i even believe it's still rooted and running skyraider 4.2 I'd part with it for $40.00 if you're interested. Just send me a PM if you want it. Paypal of course!

I actually thought it would be easier to find a used cheap android phone.
For example ATT has 7 phones under $50. I figured after peoples 2 year contracts are up, they move on to another phone. And would dump their old phone.
In general, do people sell their 2 year old phones way above what they paid for them?
