Cheapest and good Android Phone

At last I am also planning to have one Android phone. But have limited budget say around $300 - $350.

So please suggest any Android phone which is good in use and can fall under my budget bracket.

Thanks in advance guys.

Your budget is more then enough to get an android based phone.
A couple questions/thoughts
1. Is the $350 to buy the phone outright?
2. The Motorola Droid is $299 -$100 rebate making it well within you budget IF your willing to sign a 2 year contract.
3. The HTC Eris is $199 -$100 rebate making it well within you budget IF your willing to sign a 2 year contract. I'd bet this is also a ~$350 no contract buy it outright phone.
I'm not a fanboi of VZW but those are some killer deals, Sprint has a great package but not sure about android phones.

Keep us posted on what you decide to do.

I am not from US so such contract things are not apply in my country.

People in my country (even in my own friend circle) is spending $500 to get their favourite mobile handsets and after few months they sold it and get new phone.
