Cheapest (used?) Android device with support for USB OTG

I'm looking for the most inexpensive android phone/tablet/etc. that supports USB OTG. I plan on using it as a low-power dedicated server, and a cheap android device would be perfect because of the integrated screen, wifi, and storage (if support usb otg). Most of the cheaper devices I've come across don't seem to support external USB devices. Does anyone know of one that does?

Just bought my mom a $70 tablet from Walmart (Proscan) and supports USB OTG. Hell, even came with the appropriate cable. It's also Google Play certified.

Screen isn't the clearest, but it does the job well enough. Mainly got it to see if she'd actually get use out of a tablet before investing in a better one.
