Check external accounts with yahoo mobile app

Hi,

I have installed Yahoo mail app. It's working fine.
My problem is that I can't find how to check external accounts/emails in yahoo app.


From the web interface of yahoo mail, the "check mail" button retreives both yahoo email and external emails from configured accounts.

On yahoo mail app, it only retrieves yahoo emails

Is it a limitation of the app ?

I had yahoo mail app for symbian on another phone and it was possible to check external account

Most stock email apps only can fetsch from the inbox folder.
I think, your external email is in an other folder of Yahoo's

If you are trying to retrieve other email from external accounts like hotmail, gmail, etc. you might want to try using the stock/built in email app to setup these accounts because as far as I know, the Yahoo email app only allows you to access your Yahoo email accounts.
