Check Into Work...

I've created a Profile that checks me into work. I use cell towers followed by GPS locations to determine when I arrive. Then it writes to a Google Form that gets logged to spreadsheet that notes the time and status (checked in/out. The problem I'm running into is quite often I'll get checked out then immediately checked back in. I think I may have an incomplete list of the local cell towers.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can make this work more reliably?
 
I'd like to keep the arrival time as accurate as possible. Is there a way to have tasker recheck a condition before it executes tasks?
 
If you needed the wait one min you could put the Wait in the start task and when arecording the time it would be the current time minus 1 min.

I have a profile that starts when I am within range of my WiFi, waits 1 min, and then turns WiFi on in my phone.
I have another profile that starts when I am out of range of my WiFi, waitrs 1 min, and then turns WiFi off in my phone.

In office - WiFi on
Out of office - WiFi off
