Help Check This Out Very Weird

I installed some apps on my Nexus One and the programs menu goes like the attached picture...anyone else experienced this?

EDIT: BTW it goes away after a reboot

Or you can just end "launcher" with a task killer.

It's a semi-common problem. I've encountered it exactly once, which was distressing but otherwise didn't affect phone use, so I let it be.

Before the update I had this happen a few times. Reboot the phone and it will return to normal function. Hasn't happened since the update for me.

yup, killing the launcher does it just fine

It happened once to me, with just the email app

Happened once here too. I went to the home screen, and then went back to the apps and it fixed itself.
