I am looking for a checkbook app. Two requirements is it needs to sync online but if my wifi or mobile data is offline (which happens on occassions), it should be able to allow me to see the last known balance, make new entries offline and then sync the changes online next time it has Internet access. It could sync to a spreadsheet on dropbox or a cloud service... I don't care.

I use Quicken checkbook on my Desktop, never tried to sync it, but I just looked and they have a mobile app.

used it for nearly 15 years, been thru a few upgrades since then...
back in the day, it was a workstation only app.
now, you can host it in the cloud, or on your computer.
