Help Chevrolet USB problem

Just traded in a Nexus for the Razr(I wasn't getting a signal inside my house)...Has anyone had any problems connecting their Razr to the USB inside a Chevy?...Everytime I plug my Razr into the USB port it just tells me that the device is not supported...I have a 2011 Silverado for reference.

I've plugged mine into a 11 cruze and traverse and it works....you may check with your dealer...may need a firmware update on your USB port

I can confirm it works in my '11 Equinox. Have you tried changing your connection type on the phone to a different connection?

Yeah I have tried every different option but still hasn't worked for me.

I have learned that Motorola phones can be very picky about the usb cables themselves. Try using a Motorola usb cable. even better, use the one that came with the phone. I have a few cables that are somehow incompatible with my Razr.

I do have a couple of eBay cheapies that work though. So it's not impossible..
