Help china clone noye 4 (sm-n910f)

Hi. I have the above mobile phone and I have had it about 5 months but it needs a new rom:
Problem 1 -the phone always shuts down when at 30 percent.
Problem 2 - Keeps loosing wifi connection ( I am on virgin 60 mbps )
Problem 3 - Very Laggy and shuts off when ever.
Problem 4 - If I am on any app the phone will Not answer any call just goes to voice mail.
Just a few of my problems so if there is a Rom that I could flash any help would be most grateful.

Unfortunately these clone phones almost never have ROMs or any other software support.

The problem is that Android has to be built for the device, and unknown devices like this are unlikely to have anyone developing for them.
