Help chinese android tablet stuck

my chinese android tablet has been stuck on the android logo and i did the hard reset useing the power and the up volume key and it went to the android guy laying down and all it did was load up intell it got back to the android logo again and nothing is working please help??
 
The first detail that people here are going to need to try and help you fix this is what did you do to the tablet before it got stuck like this, or did it just do it on it's own??
 
That morning i downloaded the dolphin browser then it went dead plugged it on the usb charger and turned it back on and it wouldnt load past the android so i tried the hard reset using the powerand volume keys and all it did was bring the android guy laying down up so i left it alone and let it do its thing and it still wouldnt load past it and it didnt have any recovery page come up like my research said it would.
