Chinese msg at the bottom of screen

Hello,
I have encountered an unusual problem today. Two messages in Chinese appear at the bottom of my screen.One ends with an exclamation, and another follows immediately after with random numbers that change every time "ms/number:"
Please help me. It started today. And today i only did 2 things: i set additional language to my keyboard (german) and it said that 2 languages were installed. And i also installed a dictionary app called Linguee. I uninstalled an app and german keyboard already, but i keep getting an annoying msg every now and then.
I bought my phone a long time in an Austrian store. Could you please analyse the problem and get back asap? Im panicking lolz

P.s. also, after restarting now there is a notification that SD card needs to be explored or unmounted - this is also something brand new.

Do you have "ES File Explorer" installed? I believe that may be the culprit.

Thank you so much for directing me to the other thread. I'm pretty sure ES is the problem. It also messed my playlists. I'll try to uninstall or maybe wait for another update from them since I love it and can't live without it. But at least it's not mallard. Thanks a bunch, buddy!

If you really like es file explorer, but hate what the new owners did to it, search for version 3.2.55, which I think is the last "old" version prior to the sale, install it and don't update it.
