Chinese Translator ????

Hi Guys
Having done a search without much luck, I need an app for translation of english into Chinese, preferably with a voice option too.

I understand that google translate will do this but as I travel to remote areas will this app work when Im not connected to the net?

I can't give you a definitive answer, but one of Google Translate's system permissions is full internet access, so I'm assuming that it is required (but you know what they say about assumptions)
