Choice between S3 & Nexus 4????

Hey folks,
I am coming to the end of a 2 year contract and have decided not to go for a contract next time. A friend of mine recently went over to Giffgaff which because it is a sim only provider, it gives greater flexibility and no contract.
They have some very flexible monthly rates as well.

With regards to the handsets, the S3 and the Nexus 4 were the ones I was looking at.
Spec wise they are very similar as well. I have been tooing and froing between the two for a while now, but is getting close to decision time and I have recently seen the S3 on sale at Asda for

Depends. For me the deciding factor why I never get Nexus phones is the limited storage. 16GB is way too small for me. At least with the S3, you can put in an SD card for additional storage, since the Nexus is non-expandable.

Yeah. One of the killer things for me is the limited storage of the Nexus as well. and the fact that the screen of the S3 is slightly bigger etc. With the S3 only being

If you don't want carrier bloat - Nexus 4.

but you can add what YOU want. 16G is small. But if you are storing just media - you can transfer that off and on through something like Dropbox.

He said he's getting it SIM free and off contract, so no carrier bloat I assume. And interestingly, my Samsung device from my carrier has no carrier bloat, just the usual Samsung preinstalled stuff.
