How to add a new contract? Can't find an option.

It uses the contacts you already have. You can allow it (in settings) to use them all or just contacts with 'mobile' numbers. If you are trying to text someone not in your address book then just put the number in the 'to' field.

You don't add contacts to Chomp separately.
