CHOMP SMS & Stagefright

I use CHOMP SMS for messaging. One of the ways to prevent exploits with Stagefright is to disable Auto Download of MMS in settings. Only find a "AutoSave to Gallery" option to uncheck under the SMS & MMS Settings. Is this the correct setting to change?
