Apps Choose right host for my android app

oriz

Newbie
Hey I have an android app that uses php and MySQL to get data from the server and let users insert data into the server, I am searching for the best and most suited host for it, which hosting service will be the best for my case? the users can upload data with images and the app reads all the data into the main page.
which host service will give me fast loading and won't cost to much?

Ok one last thing i saw the on-demans payment method and didn't understood, is it when i run the app by hours or by when users use the app?

Sorry I've never used the service. Contact Amazon to get a definitive answer from them.

I looked at them and read about go daddy web hosting but people wrote on forums that the unlimited bandwidth and storage is a scam, on amazon web services i just didn't realize which plan to take, i tried taking a free try but they directly just asking for credit card without even showing their prices..
so i am really lost
You should've continued this discussion in the first thread u posted,

However, in my opinion you should go with the cheapest host you can find that meets the minimum requirements for a starting app.
Once you get your app going if all is good and people are using & taking about it then move up to Amazon or one of the other big name host [emoji106] good luck

On demand method is exactly what i suggested in your other thread when i said get a host with scalable options.
It means you pay for the amount of bandwidth you need as you go
Instead of paying for a set amount

But there is some technicalities and specifics so you should set up an on the phone session with an Amazon rep so he can help you with all your questions

You usually get what you paid for.

If your app has a moderate usage, any shared hosting plan would be fine, but if it gets more traffic your hosting provider will ask you to upgrade to VPS or Dedicated plans.
