Chrome, Android Forums, Transformer TF101 and $

I am having an issue when using Chrome on my TF101 with keyboard dock on these forums. Whenever I try to use the $ symbol, the cursor moves back to the start of the line as if I pressed the <Home> key. This does not happen when using the stock ICS browser. Anyone having these keyboard issues?
