Help Chrome not really erasing all browsing data.

I've got an S4 mini and I like using Chrome on it. The problem I'm having is that when I go to Chrome settings and clear all browsing data and history it seems to clear it but if I immediately hit the "back" button it starts reloading previously viewed pages. How can I have it delete all data including the URL history?

Yes I have everythiung checkmarked inside the "clear history" window.

Main settings, Apps, remove data and cache from there.
