Help Chrome reviving again and again

I rooted my Pixel 2 phone. I checked it using root checker.

Then I used Magisk to install debloater. Then I used Termux app to delete Youtube and Chrome. Now Youtube and Chrome don't appear in the list of system product apps of Termux. Youtube and Chrome also disappeared on the screen after rebooting the phone. But Chrome, after awhile, just revived. I don't know how this happened. Termux still doesn't show Chrome anymore. How can it just revive? How can I completely remove Chrome?

Like I said, I use SuperSu and I have complete r/w so when I delete system apps/priv-apps or anyrhing else for that matter they stay deleted. Magisk is more of an overlay systemless root and things are a bit different. The link provideds several sygestions.
One thing is I use a rooted file manager to manually delete system app/priv-apps and change folder chmods to 775.
 
2 options that come to mind. You could use adb to remove Chrome but as stated above doing a factory reset would cause the apps you chose to remove to come back.

If you want to remove Google completely you could go back to stock then flash Graphene OS which is Google free. Note Graphene OS is a non rooted OS.
 
If your Pixel 2 has TWRP custom recovery, it may be possible to delete Google Chrome in advanced settings using the file manager option but I would wait for Mr. @Hadron's to advice.
With my systemless rooted Samsung, I have to select "Mout" from the TWPR options and check "System" before I can effectively use the advanced "file manager" to delete or change chmods. I do not know if that is the same for the Pixel 2 and Magisk or if it is possible on Android 10.
 
Well I've not put TWRP on my Pixel 2 so can't confirm anything. I'd expect it to be possible but can't test.

If course some of the features of a systemless root are lost if you modify /system.
