Chrome Starts With Tracfone Site.

I have a Alcatel OneTouch Pixi Glitz.

Even though I specified a web site in the Home Page setting it still opens with the tracfone site.

Any ideas how I can get Chrome to start with eh site I specified???

Choose settings (three dots)
Choose Add to Home Screen
Choose Add

Now tap the icon on your home screen.
