Help Chrome

Verizon Samsung Galaxy S5.
I made Chrome the default browser and it beat S voice by a mile, BUT, there were three dots at the top of each page with Touch Wiz which you could properly disable or remove an app according to the manual p. 188.
With Chrome instead of Touch Wiz how do you get to use those three dots to do what they are intended for.?

I forgot how to make it the default browser again and after a factory reset I have Touch Wiz and want Chrome if I can get around the 3 button issue.

From my understanding the three dots bring up the menu or settings of an app. If there are no three dots I think holding down the task button (button just left of the home screen at the bottom) works in that capacity.

But as far as making it the default it would be

Settings>applications>default applications
