CHUWI Hi8 SE Tablet Any Good?

Anyone have a CHUWI Hi8 SE 8-inch Android 8.1 Oreo Tablet?
I was looking on Amazon and the specs seem pretty good, but I've never really heard of the company.
Are they any good?
Reliable?
I'm tempted to buy one.

8.4 inch Tablet
1.1 GHz quad-core
Android 8.1 Oreo
2GB RAM
32GB storage
1200x1920 FHD IPS screen
Dual-band WiFi 2.4GHz/5GHz

$99.00

There are a few other G_sensors, light sensors, etc.

Commodity cheapo tablet, Chuwi are a known manufacturer, and it will probably work aright for browsing and a few apps and games, watching videos, etc. just don't expect anything wonderful.

About support, it's probably not going to receive any OS updates. These things only tend to get what they come with, and that's it.

Ended up buying the Hi8 SE.
It is a really nice tablet for the money.
Awesome build quality. Feels very expensive.
Specs on Amazon say 1.1GHz but it is actually a 1.3 according to AnTuTu and GeekBenchmark apps.

It got slowish benchmark scores when compared to devices 2 or 3 times its price, sure..whatda ya expect.

It plays my games. Yes the games take a few seconds longer to load than my octa -core LG V30 ThinQ, sure. But once thw game loads it is fine.

Screen is bright and crisp - really gorgeous.I love the 1200x1920 screen.
Youtube videos look amazing.

Battery life isn't great at only 4-5hrs, but it seems to recharge fairly fast on only a 2A USB charger.

One thing is for sure. It beats my Amazon Fire HD 8 hands down. Faster all around.

I love that it is barebones stock Android 8.1 so you can customize it myself. I added Nova launcher to it and am happy.

I'm working on my 1st video review and will post a link when I get it finished.

Thanks everyone!

The spec was common 2 years ago, by today's standard it's not terrible. It's ok for moderate use.
