circlewidget.3d keeps stopping

I am constantly receiving a message on my phone that says unfortunately, the process com.motorola.widget.circlewidget3d has stoppped. I have no clue what to do. I hit the ok button but it continually keeps popping up. Any help please?

As a launch ambassador for the Photon Q I've not seen nor heard of anyone else with this problem. Have you rooted your device? Have you tried removing any downloaded apps, one at a time for a day or so, to see if there's any improvement? Have you considered a factory reset?

Just curious. I'll keep checking back to see if anyone posts similar issues and possible causes. thanks.
