I probably could have just listened more carefully, but I am really interested in this circular wheel pop up task menu that pops up seemingly by itself, (I know I am making it happen)
What's the story with this, and what is the motion or action to make it pop up?
I guess you could also call it a shortcuts menu, but it is circular and on the bottom corner of my phone.

UPDATE: After hours noodling like a caffeinated chimp, I discovered that by making a squiggly circular motion in a tiny spot in either lower corner, I can make the "Common apps" shortcut wheel appear, but it does not seem to do it every time I make the squiggle.
