Citibank has announced that its new digital wallet will use MasterCard's Masterpass payment service, allowing Citibank cardholders to make payments online, in apps and over NFC. The service will allow for seamless payments using Citibank account credentials. The Citi Pay service will launch in Singapore, Australia and Mexico this year with the US coming online in 2017.
