Class 10 64GB Micro SD card??

Will these work on the Droid 4? I don't know much about what the "class" part means... but I would like to find out what it does mean before I get one.

Ordering a Droid 4 to upgrade from my current Thunderbolt.

Insert it, format as a FAT32(or what ever it is).
