Clear email attachment preview action

Appreciate your help... Question is related to the stock Android email app on Samsung Galaxy S4 Active.... when opening an email with an attachment, there is a tab to view Message or Attachment. Tap Attachment, and there are 2 buttons: Preview, and Save. Tap Preview and USUALLY a choice of apps is offered. Unfortunately I must have tapped Always when choosing one app. Now it is the default, and no choice offered. How do I clear this particular default, so I get a choice again when previewing email attachments? Thx, Peter

on my phone ( galaxy s4 running 4.4.2) I have to go to settings application manager. then find the app which is currently launched by default. then scroll down to the "launch by default"section of that app and click clear defaults. the good thing...it only clears defaults for this one type of action, not for all types of actions.

Unfortunately the normal way of clearing a default action does not work in the case of the Preview Attachments button in the email app.

Any other suggestions?

Can you double check that? I did an experiment on my phone:
Check Settings / App Manager / Polaris Office... scroll down to "launch by default" heading, and noted that below that it says "no defaults set".
Thaw stock email app with TiBu (I normally use gmail).
Send myself an email with attachment.
View attachment and select always... polaris.
Now when I go to settings / app manager / Polaris... scroll down to "launch by default", it shows "This app is set to open by default for some actions" and it shows a button "clear defaults".

So I just wanted to report the results so you can doublecheck you are looking at the right app. But perhaps there is some difference between my stock email and yours...
