Clear Frequently contacted list in Phone

What are the repercussions of deleting the Favorites list in the Phone app? I was going to do it, but get a message that says, "You'll clear the frequently contacted list in the People and Phone apps, and force email apps to learn your addressing preferences from scratch."

I do not do much emailing from the phone so I am thinking this will not really have an effect on the actual People app or email (I use Hotmail). Is there anything else I should be aware of?

Wont effect performance at all. I like the "favorites", as they pop right up when I need to call.

As for email, the phone "learns" fast, so as soon as you start entering letters of the person you are emailing, it gives you choices.

Delete away....
