Root Clear lockscreen like the PAC rom?

Is there any way to get the clear lockscreen with CM10 without the PAC rom?

Probably not without a third part lockscreen app. I'd assume that PAC (which I think inherits that from AOKP) has a modded lockscreen app to enable that.
