Clearing personal info off tablet

Hi all, I have a tablet that is used by multiple people. We use it for YouTube, Netflix, texture and general we browsing.

I am looking for a way to sign in with my gmail account to use everything, but don't want the gmail app to be synced, also I went into setting to clear passwords and it shows many saved passwords and accounts that I only use on my computer.
If I clear the saved passwords on my tablet will it also clear them on my computer? And would a hard reset be the best option and start from scratch?

Enabling multi-user accounts on your Android tablet is going to be dependent on what model and version of Android it's running. But if applicable, this link has instructions and graphics:
