clearing search history

I have a search engine for utube and google search on my samsung vibrant phone. I just got the phone and it is the first smart phone I have ever had (don't know much about them) How do I clear out the history for these apps?

Look up HistoryEraser in the Market. It is a free app that should probably work for what you are trying to do.

If the Youtube history wont clear then open your Youtube app and push Menu-Settings-Clear Search History

Go to your YouTube apparently press menu/settings /Clear search history

For Google search history, just go to phone's main screen press/menu/settings/search /clear search history
