When one removes apps from the recent apps list what does it achieve? Is it closing the app properly and stopping it from running in the background? Or does it just remove it from the list of apps and nothing more?
As far as I can see, it merely removes it from the list. If android decided it needs to be running, it will still be running. If android decided to stop it, it was stopped.
