This is my third HTC phone, 2 Evo 4G now HTC One. Everytime I make a call or receive a call I have a weird clicking noise, sounds like a walky talky coming on. I have talked to Sprint for 5 months now and they said it is not a network issue. talked to HTC it is not their problem..What can it be. I am tired of switching phones and downloading everything again and again

Welcome to Android Forums. :)

We're seeing this reported around the Sprint forums, as well as in here with Sprint customers. I've seen it reported by customers of other providers from time to time.

Were you provided with the same SIM card for each of the replacement devices? It may be as simple as getting a new one from the carrier.

If it's predictable, and across more than one device (you say you've had your phones replaced several times over this) then it points to an environmental issue, or the carrier itself.

Does it occur in more than one location? I'd test this by going at least 10 miles from where it's most often experienced, to get away from the same tower or receiving cluster. If it goes away, that gives a clue you can report to Sprint. If it remains, and is proven to not be a defective SIM card, then we're talking a serious thing such as possible wire tapping, in which case a different course of action altogether would have to be taken.
