clipboard and translater

[Android Question]

Samsung Galaxy Note 2 provider Telus - how do I access the clipboard. Often this message will pop up saved to clipboard...but were is clipboard?

Also for this same phone - is there a way to translate Japanese to English. Example On Face Book my friend in Japan will send me things and some of it is in Japanese..is there a way for me to translate to English?
Or My sister in Montreal sends Face Book Notices in French. Translate French to English?

Google has an app that can do just that. It's called Google Translate and can be found in the Play Store.

Also, the clipboard can be accessed by long pressing in a cell where you want to paste info and select the paste icon or just the word Paste.
