Clock display problem

For no reason the time and date bar on my Samsung Galaxy Y homepage moved from the top above the Google search bar to the center of the homepage under Google search bar. I tried Settings > Display > Screen Display > Clock Position > Top but that didn't work. Please help. Thank you!
